Job Description

  • Provide office and administrative support. Running of a business, fielding telephones calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Dealing with email enquiries.
  • Dairy management and arranging appointments looking meeting rooms and conference facilities.

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
    -Organization abilities and time management skills
