1.Control Room Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily control room operation.
• Report & respond to safety and security incidents.
• Report incidents to Control Room Supervisor.
• Prepare reports for the Control Room Supervisor.
• Apply control room policy and procedure.
• Carry out additional duties as required during emergencies.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma
• 2+ years’ Experience in a similar position
• Operating and monitoring skills of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Knowledge of Security techniques.
• Knowledge about computer systems in operation within the Control Room.
• Awareness of Building Management Systems.
• Effective communication skills.

2.Control Room Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily control room operation.
• Deploy security staff to incidents.
• Direct the responding to safety and security incidents.
• Report incidents to the Security Manager.
• Preparing reports for the Security Manager.
• Develop and complete the control room policy and procedure.
• Planning and organizing daily/shift routines and activities.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for the employees.
• Ensure the control room staff and equipment is ready for any types of incidents.
• Carry out additional duties as required during emergencies.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma
• 5+ years’ Experience in a similar position, preferably Military Experience.
• Operating and monitoring skills of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Have a sound knowledge of Security techniques.
• Knowledge about computer systems in operation within the Control Room.
• Awareness of Building Management Systems.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to issue and receive detailed instructions both written and verbal.
