Internal Sales Representatives (ISRs) provide telephone coverage and own the relationship with customers in an assigned territory who are not already covered by a PSSR.ISRs cover customer accounts day-to-day by telephone and develop strategies to effectively manage the accounts in their territories.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Arrange frequently call customers that belong to his customers list assigned to him by PSSM over the telephone and build a strong business relation with those customers as well as to develop his customers list by adding new customers ….in order to achieve the sales target for parts and services revenue.”CRM activities:Create & log daylily CRM activities in HM system such as internal and external customersâ€™ calls, log all the sales activities as offer submitted to customers, deals win, deals lost, sales leads, quotation request and follow up sales process and update customersâ€™ information in HM with regard to contact and equipment, In order to ensure proper documentation.Sales Target:Forecast daily / Monthly Parts and Services sales, coordinate with Parts & services operations to generate, submit and negotiate the offers closely follow up with customers that will have a direct impact on achieve the annually sales target.Site Visit :Collaborate with PSSRs or Product Specialists when a field visit to the customer is required. Consult with customers about equipment life cycles, long-term and short-term maintenance and replacement budgets and other solutions that lead for lower owning and operating costs and support customer success.PS Sales Forecast Report:Collect the Monthly sales forecast from every PSSRs and prepare the consolidate Product Support Sales forecast report to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.PS Sales Performance Report:Prepare the Monthly performance report for all PS sales Team (PSSRs) and keep the team performance record well organize, to monitors and achieve team excellence perform and mitigate plan when necessary.Product knowledge:Understand full-range of product offerings and promote services including parts, services, maintenance plans and Customer support Service Agreements (CSAs) repair options to ensure offering expand to customers.Sales Administration:Writing letters to customers, keep customers information and documentation, prepare parts offers, services offers and tenders, and keep the records for Parts & services team, prepare different types sales reports, analyses competitorâ€™s reports and lost sales report.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qulification:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Bachelor Degree Bussines AdminstrationProfessional CertificationProfessional MembershipEperience:Minimum Two years work experience in sales Minimum two years work experience in parts operation
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English
