To control treasury activities and ensure that incoming cash and checks are handled in line with the financial policies and procedures in order to ensure that any invoice released as per company policy.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Released Invoicing Details :
Ensure that all invoices are issued in full details before release ( name , account , customer Info, discount level. VOR, etc. ) In order to apply company policy and any dispute to be reported immediately to credit risk Supervisor.
Cash Insurance :
To ensure that cash is safely secured not exceed the credit limit of ( insurance policy) in order to avoid any risk and secure cash claim.
Receipts Filing & Archive:
Maintain proper filing of receipts and archive on a very proper way in order to facilitate handling information when needed.
Work In Progress:
Follow on daily basis the issues related to work in progress (WIP) to ensure that all company policies are secured, that will have direct impact in customer accounts.
Cash & Cheqs. depositing :
Ensure the all due cheques & Cash deposited to the bank, unless approval from credit risk section for any delay or holding / that will result in Debtor Reports.
Daily Cash Rcvd. Report :
Prepare of the daily income report & treasury status, making sure that the day balance match with the system balance in order to support treasury with daily cash position.
Branch Area Petty Cash:
Handle the branch Area petty cash operation as per finance policy, and any dispute to be reported to the concern supervisor in order to facilitate and support operation in location area.
Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by line management to ensure that collaboration and integration with other financial services team and business units leads to high quality and responsive services and optimal financial decisions and profit generation.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration.
Experience:Minimum 1+ years experience in Finance within a corporate environment
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Standard Accounting Practices & Procedures.
Critical Thinker/Problem-Solving Skills.
Analytical Skills & Data Reporting.
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
