Job Description
To perform the role of identifying client’s needs and overseeing the design and construction of projects as per client requirements, the project business plan. Initiate the process of inviting proposals and select appropriate consultant, contractor and designer through tender/ bidding process. Ensure that the projects are completed within pre-decided deadlines as per the project brief and company standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed company.
Preferably have higher degree (MBA) in Project Management / Business Administration.
15+ years of experience in a similar capacity
