1.Export purchasing Specialist
Duties
- To manage and lead all procurement functions to meet business demands in all export items from local market
- Build supplier network after supplier’s approval process & evaluate each
- filing all purchasing documents (invoices, contracts, weight slips, etc……) in soft and hard way
- Review and negotiate supplier terms, pricing and deliverables
- Following up daily prices of all export items and report it
- Using ERP system to enter all purchasing items in the system
- Following up payment to all suppliers
- issue weekly, monthly, yearly report for all quantities & prices actual purchased
- Facilitates the day-to-day operations of the team
- Ensure logistics support to schedule and move product for export
- Reviews orders and may build, route cost effective shipments according to destination
- work as co-ordinate between export department and other company departments (Finance, Logistic, warehouse, ..) etc

Requirement
University Graduate (Management, Accounting, Economics, Supply chain)
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written),
Experience in purchasing Export raw materials,
Expertise in Ms. Office, excel, word, power point
Effective Interpersonal and Communication skills
Influence and negotiation skills
Understanding of domestic and world export & import terminology & protocols
Experience – 3 to 5 Years.
Relationship Building With Vendors.

2.Export Operation Assistant
Duties
- Carrying out the burden of export operations from the purchase process until shipment
- Close follow-up and coordination with the company’s internal departments of administration, stores and accounts in everything related to the completion of the export process
- The responsibility of issuing official issued documents from government offices and institutions related to the work of the exporter
- Issuing internal documents such as invoices and statements and sending them to clients after checking with the department manager
- Managing the movement of loading and unloading of the products to be exported
- Follow up the screening and customs clearance operations with the clearance agent and shipping agent until receiving the policies
- Saving the export files, each shipment separately, and making sure that all documents are completed in the file
- Supervising the sampling of the goods to be exported in coordination with the Quality Department
Requirements
- University degree
- more than two years’ experience
- Skills in communication and negotiation
- Fluency in writing and reading Arabic and English
- Proficiency in using the computer in various related programs
