1.Sales Planning Manager

Job Summary: 

  • Responsible for leading a department with subordinate leaders and has overall responsibility for service and quality and interfaces with support functions in order to drive customer service

Description: 

  1. Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, organisation
  2. Develop of internal processes to enhance control and accountability.
  3. Handles rezoning including sales territories defining, merging & splitting to keep the optimum S&D resources utilizing level.
  4. Sets goals, policies, and procedures for S&D projects and operations.
  5. Presents provision of analysis for entire Sales initiatives along with insight to concerned managers.
  6. Prepares and presents channel partners profitability reports.
  7. Ensure tracking sales objectives and reports any performance deviation.
  8. Promotes financial attentiveness throughout S&D division.
  9. Handles S&D annual business plan cycle Responsibilities. 
  10. Setting , preparing & communicating monthly trade partners target ( AT, SIM ,MOMO ,EVD ,devices…etc)
  11. Drives multiple complex projects, balancing between short-term and long-term objectives and managing the projects within budget and timelines
  12. Develops and delivers formal presentations to internal and field teams including senior management and MTN Sudan leadership
  13. Builds up a historical database for the Department (daily/weekly and monthly reports).
  14. Analyse of sales and activation trends as well as market behaviour (Direct channels, alternative channels &MOMO, EVD, etc) and daily report to concern department with suggestive action plans.
  15. Asses’ products’ turnover and demand vs. supply behaviour. (Market, TP)
  16. Asses of distribution channel’s contribution & market share breakdown.
  17. Monitors workflow, system efficiency and suggest improvements.
  18. Monitors & follow up on sales KPI’s & Service Level achievement.
  19. Develops and implement new solutions and technologies in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high quality of service.
  20. Executes all financial operations related to S&D Division (Monthly commissions, expenses, TP financial analysis reports, cash / credit analysis, investment analysis etc).
  21. Develops commission schema for channel partner and operation staff based on management request and approval.
  22. Manage Trader contract (New/ Renewal)

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • MBA is a plus.

2.Senior Admin FW and Border Network

• Designing and implementing functional IP network and Security Infrastructure. • Daily monitoring, performance and availability of IT IP Core Network. • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. Description: 

  1. Investigate and resolve fault that occurs in the IP Network & Security Operation and respond to emergency situation within the specified response times in SLA.
  2. •establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
  3.   design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
  4. • maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimisation
  5.   undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
  6. •secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
  7. support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
  8.  report network operational status by gathering and prioritising information and managing projects
  9.  upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
  10. configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
  11. provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation

  16. Perform a comprehensive fault/failure/alarm Analysis for identifying / determining the root cause of each fault that could potentially escalate to a higher level of alarm, continued by arranging or performing corrective action to solve it permanently in a timely manner.

To Manage the implementation of Mobile Money Activations (Master Agents+ Agents + Customers) in the regions and territories with the support of the territory managers (TSM), and area sales managers (ASM). Ensure that staffs are well managed and trained to achieve required targets. Support the implementation of Mobile Money Channel and distribution plans and sales in MTN Sudan. Driving MoMo usage penetration and improvement of operational performance to meet the desired targets and the overall business strategy. Develop and implement effective route to market plans to ensure market dominance of MTN Fintech products/services.

Description: 

  1. Implement the customer activation campaigns as per the Business Plan in all territories.
  2. Define, track and manage customer Activation.
  3. Use all the available tools and campaigns to develop customer activations.
  4. Manage and track New MoMo Agents and Active MoMo Agents.
  5. Manage the MoMo implementation specialist and developer’s team in all regions to achieve the desired targets.
  6. Monitor performance of Sales MoMo team in the assigned regions
  7. Make regular contact to key customers to build stronger relationship
  8. Coordinate with other Fintech teams for efficient implementation of all assigned tasks/projects.
