Position Summary:
Answer customer incoming inquiries through DED call center to show the customers response to business activities
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.
Answer inbound calls, Engage in outbound call campaigns, and reduce cal transfer rate.
Provide parts prices, availability and quotations to all DED calling customers
Follow-up and track customers requested parts to generate leads
Trace customer parts purchased with DED branches Highlight customer parts concerns and loss reasons for improvement
Assist in all DED parts campaigns
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Diploma/Bsc Management or relevant degree.
Experience
Minimum 0-1 years work experience in call center or customer service
Required Skills & Knowledge:
