Duties:
Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals of all Agri commodities and machine spare parts inventory.
Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements
Supervise processing and cleaning of sesame seeds, peanut, pulses and other Agri commodities and ensure maximum productivity.
Work closely with machine operator and Quality controller to ensure quality of the finished good is matching with requirement of the sales contract.
Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure operational flexibility
Planning, managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse
Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations
Liaise with suppliers, labors and transport companies as and when required in a timely way
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Experience in Agri Commodities industry.
Age Minimum 28 years old
2 – Quality Controller
Gender Only Male
Job Location: (Port Sudan & Khartoum)
Duties:
Conducting Quality inspection of raw and finished goods at regular interval.
Maintaining daily record of all quality inspection tests.
Coordinating on timely basis with machine operator in order to achieve required result.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years In Agri Commodities industry.
3 – Machine Operator for Agriculture Product Processing
Gender Only Male
Job Location: (Port Sudan & Khartoum)
Age: 28 + ( Minimum 28 years old )
Duties:
Support Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in the overall Production Management inclusive of Planning, Production, Product Quality, etc.
Get the schedule from Warehouse Manager, make production plan and allocate manpower accordingly.
Generate & release material requisition to stores based on the production plan.
Ensure Product meets all Quality parameters and people including Contract labors are made aware of non-conformities of the product.
Conduct Quality checks of raw material and finished goods. Control processes to assure quality standards.
Follow up of SOP’s for the production line and to update it as & when necessary.
Ensure 100% capacity utilization of the unit/plant.
Ensure smooth running of unit with no manufacturing defects and machine breakdowns.
Ensure 100% compliance to safety norms.
Responsible for close supervision of overall Plant Maintenance.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance with daily, weekly and monthly checks.
Maintain zero breakdowns by good record keeping of all maintenance jobs.
Control the inventory systems of Spare Parts Stores.
Any other job which may be assigned by the management from time to time
4 – Accountant Male/Female Khartoum
Job Location: ( Khartoum Only )
Job Duties:
Maintaining All Books of Accounts under double entry system
Preparation of Trial Balance , Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet
TDS work, TDS calculation, deduction deposit and issuance of TDS Certificates and Submission of Annual Returns with Income Tax Authorities
Monthly Bank reconciliation statement
Preparation of receipt and Payment Vouchers, Maintain Journal Vouchers , Cash book & Bank book,
Ensuring pay roll
Ensuring Yearly Audit handing.
Preparation of management report
Timely payment of vendor and follow up from debtors
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
Age 25 +
Minimum 3 – 4 years In Agri Commodities industry.
Must know MS OFFICE, excel, Tally or any other ERP System.
