Technical skills:
Essential
Technical Skills to supervise and monitor all project works (civil works, Mechanical works, Structural steel works and infrastructure works).
Familiar with American, British Standards
Familiar with quality procedure systems
Familiar with Safety Rule and regulations
Experience
Desirable
Relative experience in Finishing works and reinforcement concrete works
Essential
At least 2 years experiences in construction projects
Personal Quality
Eg: influential
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Report directly to the Assistant Project Manager and responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation.
Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications and Report to the Assistant Project Manager anyfailure of the contractor.
Preparation of meeting minutes, daily, weekly and monthly work progress/status reports.as delegated by the Project Manager.
Coordination with the contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work.
Carry out the field investigation and inspection analysis and review of As-Built Drawings, in coordination with Site Engineers and surveyors
Review contractor interim payments and perform joint measurement methodology.
Process the request to check work forms and maintain records of their status and maintain records of completed works for interim and final payment and as-built plans.
Make special notes and document the contractor’s activities that may lead to claims.
Report and document any accident that occurs on site and notify the Assistant Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer immediately.
Enforce performance of the work in strict accordance with the approved safety plan.
Check detours and traffic control zones for proper placement of signs, barricades and lights.
