Leading co working on oil services field is seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the following vacancies:-
1- Admin & Financial Manager
2- Public Relations Officer
3- Senior Operations & Business Development Engineer

Location: Khartoum

Duties & Responsibilities :
Control for expenditures from the approved budget lines, and to consider the restrictions and regulations and to set the necessary rules and regulations for rationalize the expenses for the purpose of proper use of resources.
Observe the operation of settlement for advance payments, and final accountings operation, also to conduct financial analysis report.
Manage and control operations on warehouses, purchasing, contracts and tenders.
Supervise technically and managerially on staff of department and to assist in building of their capacities.
Plans and sets in coordination with other concerning departments the regulations related to budgets, supervises the preparing of budget.
Develops an integrated system for financial accountings and budget.
Assesses the financial status, estimates incomes & expenses, adopts expenses according to regulations & Law.
Undertakes responsibility of cash flow needed for operating, gives advices related to the ways of mobilizing the sources of funding.
Submits regular progress reports to show the actual status of finance.
Follows up the incomes, estimates the financial status, and sets the estimates for incomes & expenses.
Carry out any other task related to work that may assigned to him.

Skills & Qualifications :
MSc degree in economics, business management, accounting, financial sciences and commerce, or above with extensive industrial experience in required field.
Not less than 10 years in field of admin and finance work Preferred to be in Oil & Gas Field
Structured and professional with high level of integrity.
Expert problem solving and analytical skills.
English language writing and verbal communication
Strong Microsoft office & Report demonstration.

2- Public Relations Officer

Purpose:
To handle the process of communication and public relation within and outside the company and between different departments of office and field to achieve the maximum benefit possible in short time.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Coordinate the crew shift changes from – to the field.
Handling all required communication and documentation process between the company and other to achieve the objectives of the company, this includes letters, tender dements, clarifications, bid bonds, bank guarantees, proposals and all related documents to operation and business development activities to clients, insurance companies, travel agents, government entities, and others as dictated by necessity.
Arrange and coordinate all related tender papers before, during and after the bidding stage. This includes internal arrangements such as assisting in the bid preparation, and external such as handling the documentations from/to clients and related organizations in the bidding process.
Supervise any repair requirement in the company, Such as company cars, generators, A/Cs, company offices and coordinate with the field for similar requirements.
Carry out all necessary travel procedures for national and expat staff.
Keep all involved parties informed in advance in regards to travel booking, timing and changes.
Other task as required by operations Manager or any management that benefit the company.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related Field.
Experience; not less than 5 years in a public relations (preferred to be in oil and Gas field)
Excellent in English language (speaking, written and verbal communication).
Professional in computer skills.
Willingness to travel and work under stress.
Having a driving license.

3- Senior Operations & Business Development Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities :
Supervision of Operations in coordination with the Operations and Business Development Manager.
Supervise and coach Technical/Shop managers.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of company work-shop, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
Responsible for day-to-day management of field operations.
Responsible for in-year production delivery, optimization and performance management.
Assure that all machinery, tools are properly maintained and repaired.
Ensure that proper QHSE practices are followed.
Responsible of weekly production activities, associated targets and internal reporting, and endorsement of production activities.
Identify production improvement opportunities, lead their implementation and measure improvements.
Integrate site activities and operations risk matrix.
Facilitate sharing of best practice/knowledge across the teams.
Assist the finance department invoicing/ calculation of service.
Organization of operation documents (Document handling and Document filing & Control)
Liaise with Operations and Development Business Manager to ensure adequate manpower resources for the smooth execution of any projects.
Supervise and monitor ongoing projects, as necessary.
Act on behalf of Operations and Developing Business Manager during his absence for all management functions related to Operations Department.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or above with extensive industrial experience in the required field.
10 years of experience in working within a multi-cultural environment and diverse workforce.
Structured and professional with high level of Integrity.
Strong production knowledge of rotating equipment, valves, operation of API machine shop will be an added advantage.
Expert problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership skills and PC skills.
English Language (writing and verbal communication).
Strong Microsoft Office & Report demonstration
PMP is an added value
AutoCAD/Primavera/SolidWorks are distinguished added value
Willingness to achieve targets and accept challenging assignments.
Frequent site missions as dictated by necessity.
