Job Summary:
Promote and enhance the company image in the market through developing and implementing an effective training plan for internal clients according to the company goals and strategies.
Description:
Assist in developing and following up the implementation of the Training plan of the company.
Make the necessary logistical arrangements for the training courses to be conducted for employees inside and outside the company and control the stock of training equipments.
Follow up the registration process with local training institutes.
Follow up employees’ evaluation after training and provide feedback to management.
Negotiate and make necessary arrangements to book the training venues with the providers.
Ensure the training room’s set up (availability of desks, chairs, air conditioning, instructor’s equipments, cleanness, requested meals, and / or coffee breaks).
Provide feedback report in evaluation of the performance of training Centres.
Help in finding new training centres abroad as well as domestically.
Drive the registration and participation on the iLearn online learning platform
Prepare bond to service contracts.
Carry out the correspondences with training centres.
Negotiate prices of courses with training centres.
Follow up the all the financial steps.
Coordinate & Conduct induction program for new employees.
Maintain & update training records.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports.
Prepare reports for MTN Academy
Perform Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant
Minimum 2-5 year’s relevant working experience
Required Skills:
Organizing, coaching and supervisory skills
Able to work off own Initiative
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Description:
Learn, operate, and maintain IP network delivering IP data, voice and video to deployed customer access network.
Provide IP network support of new and existing services and features.
Support second and third tier escalations for all operational outages in IP network.
Troubleshoot IP network problems quickly and help provide sound engineering solutions by maintaining deep knowledge of MTN Sudan IP Data Network architecture, topology, physical infrastructure network and up-to-date configuration details.
Maintaining of Wide Area Networks with a particular focus on VPN architectures.
Managing Enterprise network switching and routing, data centre design, network redundancy and failover
Maintain the network security tools such as firewalls, routers, switches, proxies, etc.
Document engineering solutions in accordance to in-house standards including but not limiting to the following documents: Detailed Engineering Requirements, Detailed Reference Design, and Detailed Integration Test Plan documents.
Conduct high-quality and comprehensive LAB tests to prove viability of proposed engineering solutions.
Analysing fault incidents, conducting the incident meeting when required and provide practical solutions.
Ensure the high availability and redundancy of the production network systems.
Ensures the security and protection of data as required by company policy.
Ensure that MTN operation policies and procedures are adhered to.
Insure all changes in IP/network are fully compliant with the IS services management.
Manages tracks and keeps an accounting of all spares for Infrastructure network, and maintains proper levels to reduce outages and losses to the business revenue.
Escalates and makes recommendations concerning major outages and report to the IS incident management.
Assist and occasional lead projects ensuring that they are delivered in time, within the budget and as per required quality standards.
Interact with other Departments and attend Weekly change management meetings with other technical team.
Submit & discuss the changes on weekly meeting with the technical requirements, with recommendations to reduce the down time.
Perform all internal and external audit reports and insure that all findings are resolved in the agreed time.
Fully accountable for fraud / Hacking towards the IP network.
On-Call 24×7 rotation.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in IT / Telecom / Computer Engineering
2 years of relevant experience
