1- Senior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare accurate, timely financial statements according to our established schedule.
  • Prepare records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance.
  • Adjust entries for amortizations prepaid’s analyzing and preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintaining accounts receivable account payable files and records.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end journal entries.
  • Monitor monthly & daily cash operational activities to management.
  • Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits.
  • Proper Documentation of all journal entries, ensuring collection of all invoices and/or supporting documents, approval signatures, and received signatures.
  • Data entry of all treasury transactions in the accounting system software.
  • Any job assigned to him by the Group Finance Manager that serves the company’s objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance , Master’s degree (preferable).
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in accounting /finance and have experience in dealing with budgets, variance analysis & Reporting Skills.

2- Project Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Contribute in Reviewing the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction.
  • Looking after the valuable assets and managing required maintenance.
  • Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
  • Properties routine inspections.
  • Building rapport with tenants.
  • Knowing properties worth and establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
  • . Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 4+ years of project experience
