Position summary:
The microbiology section of the laboratory has enhanced its scope of activities especially in dairy, water and animal feed by doing yeast and mold, E.coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Lactic Acid Bacteria, Listeria spp., Listeria Monocytogense and Salmonella. Hence we need extra man power for media preparation and sample preparation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Media preparation
Sample preparation
Ensure laboratory hygiene by Fumigation
Maintenance of analytical records
Critical consumable evaluation
On time delivery of results

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor in Microbiology or any relevant qualification

Maintenance engineers ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work.
Follow up preventive & corrective maintenance scheduling through System.
Follow the plans and schedules for equipment commission and production rehabilitation projects.
Diagnosing breakdown problems.
Fitting new parts and making sure plant equipment is working correctly.
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Provide technical guidance and supervision to a team of maintenance technicians, electricians.
Provide spare parts of equipment.
Provide consumables necessary to do the task.
Provide tools necessary to do the task.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering .

Position Summary:
This position is accountable for providing maintenance services for the improvement of plant facilities and equipment guides the maintenance efforts and coordinates closely with subordinates and day to day operation in DAL Food Gum Arabic.Ensure that all company Standards and Objectives are met with regard to quality, cost, availability, yields, safety and environmental issues.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations.
Participate and support the engineering team and plant preventative maintenance process to ensure clear communication and cohesive plant operation.
Monitor DFGA equipment maintenance in accordance with the production schedule to maximize the quality, effectiveness of the operations achieving agreed productivity and waste reduction targets.
Ensure all machinery is up to working standards.
Assess current maintenance work processes, to optimize efficiency.
Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems.
Provide Spare parts for equipment.
Create and implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools, equipment etc).
Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts.
Setting and maintaining departmental budget by reviewing financial statements monitoring line efficiencies; monitoring labor cost; and other expenses.
Train new employees in maintenance work processes and procedures.
Perform evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work.
Record and track daily progress/error reports.
Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed.
Create and adhere to maintenance budgets.
Follow all environmental health and safety procedures and practices to assure a safe work environment. Ensures that all direct reports are trained in the applicable environmental, health and safety practices for their respective positions. Identifies and corrects unsafe conditions or practices to assure a safe work environment for all employees.
Manages projects for new/rebuilt production equipment to support improvement in reactive maintenance and machine capability. Evaluate new technologies for application in future equipment design.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering .

Print ID for new hire and when damage or lost.

Collect advance salary format and forward to employee relation office.
Collect and check the medical claims and forward to employee relation office (daily/weekly).
Ensure medical is advance settlement
Collect of wedding allowance format and forward to employee relation office
Work closely with the HR archivist to maintain a proper filling system.
Answering staff questions in person and via phone on all HR related information and application
Advice staff on appropriate action.
Coordinate reception area
Performance additional duties as assigned

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Purchase corporate requirements for assigned materials from approved and qualified supplier.
Negotiate prices and provide competitive bidding procedures when necessary to insure the lowest cost for specific materials.
Obtain competitive bids and award contracts on the basis of greatest profitability to the company, commensurate with quality standards, and delivery capabilities.
Use all available sources of market trends that may have an effect on prices.
Keep informed of new ingredients and supplies and communicate to Product Development, Production, and other departments. Attend trade shows and seminars to keep abreast of latest developments.
Communicate problem areas or market conditions that could have a significant effect on production schedules to Purchasing Manager.
Maintain timely and accurate knowledge of production materials and maintain accurate up-to-date commodity cost records for management’s appraisal of purchasing performance, for the analysis of trends, and to assist in strengthening the company’s bargaining position with suppliers. Insure that accurate data on changing costs are properly forwarded to key personnel.
Prepare weekly status reports on major purchases and other activities.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other related qualification.
Minimum Experience 1-4 years .

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Good knowledge of principles and practices of contract administration and ability to prepare moderately complex contracts.
Ability to prepare management report.
The individual must have good inter-personal skills; because this position will interact with all levels of management both inside the company and outside in supplier company organizations.
Computer and internet savvy.
Must have effective written and oral communications skills.
