1) QA/QC Manager
2) CEO/Office Manager
3) QA/AC Specialist
4) Procurement Manager

1) QA/QC Manager:

The Quality Control Manager is accountable for ensuring that the plant follows and adheres to quality protocols and produces the highest quality product. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading Quality Technicians and developing a team of Quality Supervisors. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire business unit across all shifts. The Quality Control Manager works with production, maintenance and warehouse teams across the plant by communicating quality procedures and developing long term sustainable practices to maintain superior quality process.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality staff to ensure effective application of quality management techniques.
Deliver effective change leadership while driving business changes and minimizing people impact
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
Identify and lead efforts of product/process quality and cost management opportunities to achieve productivity gains
Lead the plant QM Pillar through the TPM journey
Lead and develop action plans with production, engineering, and division Quality Assurance to improve the product specifications, analytical procedures, and sampling programs and ensure that they are appropriate and meet system capability and key consumer requirements.
Provide forward-thinking insights for future business improvements.
Serve as a key statistical resource. Verify product and process improvements through the implementation and analysis of statistically designed experiments and capability studies.
Lead food safety and compliance audits.
Ensure all sanitation is complete and properly meets quality standards
Design and implement programs to monitor calibration and accuracy of all analytical procedures and equipment in the plant.
Ensure compliance to the OSHA chemical hygiene plan and proper laboratory safety practices by involving all employees in an effective safety program; provide training, periodic review of hazards, and timely correction of hazardous situations.
Lead the interpretation of in-process and analytical data to make quality evaluations, recommend actions for improvements, and assure resolution. Challenge results and drive improvements. Coach others in the interpretation of results.
Lead risk assessment analysis throughout the plant. Manage issues with non-conforming product to assure proper control, minimize loses, and provide analysis to drive the elimination of future occurrences.
Provide training in the area of food science, regulatory requirements, and quality measurement systems to appropriate personnel.
Administer policies and procedures
Regular and predictable attendance at the work site

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in Mechanical Engineering, business, operations management, or similar field MSC in TQM is preffered.
10 years Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Food/Beverage Industry in a managerial role preferred
Clear understanding and working knowledge of process and compliance quality systems
Clear understanding of TPM Processes
Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and work with teams
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making
Proven ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.

2) QA/AC Specialist:

The position will be primarily focused on ensuring that the operations, processes and procedures that affect product quality and/or integrity in the Custom Primers department comply with in-house standards and ISO. Liaising within the manufacturing department as well as small exposure to our labs in-house.
Major Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
Perform incoming inspection and final release of all raw materials for use in manufacturing.
Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documents for QA team, and update as required.
Utilize the track for non-conformances, deviations, Corrective and Preventative actions
Perform batch record review on finished Primers products and manage process to ensure products are released on time
Attend, participate in, and provide data for QA and Primers team meetings

Qualifications/Requirements
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any reasonable field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in food industry.
QA/QC experience is essential, working in a regulated in-house ISO working environment is desirable.
Knowledge of computer applications and current software (Word/ Excel) is essential

3) Procurement Manager:

Procurement Manager will support the department in managing material and overhead expenditure and delivery, identifying and supporting opportunities for cost savings, ensuring departmental policies and procedures are aligned to corporate objective.
Ensuring that all Materials and Services are sourced, ordered and delivered in a timely and cost effective manner to meet weekly production and organizational requirements;
Managing vendor performance on an ongoing basis, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with GMP and GDP requirements with on time in full delivery;
Assisting Technical Procurement Team with all NPD projects on a raw material sourcing basis;
Procurement lead for Purchase-to-Pay system, supporting the business and end user needs;
Establishing and delivering measurable KPIs for all levels of procurement activities including supplier performance, cost savings and inventory targets, aligning with corporate objectives / targets and reporting to senior management on a timely basis;
Working with key internal stakeholders to minimize the risk of interruption to supply to new and existing product portfolios, thus supporting Customer OTIF – to include supporting the inventory model and minimizing risk of stock obsolescence;
Contract and price optimization for consumables, overheads and capital expenditure, with ongoing market analysis of spend categories and profiles. This will include conducting thorough RFQ activities, negotiating competitive commercial terms and working to agree comprehensive contracts to protect the company’s interests and mitigate risk.
Managing a team of buyers supporting the operational and strategic needs of the business.

Essential Criteria:
BSC in Business Administration, Economics MSc holder preferred.
Minimum of 6 Years’ experience in a Procurement role, ideally in a high compliance / regulated manufacturing environment (food industry is preferred);
Demonstrable experience of tendering / RFQs, contract negotiation, supplier management and the sourcing and selection of suppliers;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, used to working in a busy and challenging environment, managing multiple procurement tasks / projects concurrently;
Highly numerate with strong IT skills, including advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups) and with demonstrable experience in ERP systems;
Demonstrating initiative, taking ownership of tasks and have the tenacity, drive and ambition to complete tasks within tight deadlines;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident of liaising at all levels to both internal and external stakeholders.

4) CEO/Office Manager:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any reasonable filed.
· 5 years’ experience in Executive office management 2 years minimum in managing C-level
Ability to interpret the company’s mission, policies and procedures, and apply best practices.
Extensive experience in maintaining office protocol and standard operating procedures.
Ability to actively seek solutions, research issues and consult with senior administration.
Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to interface work with internal and external units.
Ability to schedule calendars for senior administration using own discretion.
Broad experience responding to inquiries on all levels.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle time-sensitive execution of documents.
Ability to handle highly confidential personal, personnel, and legal information.
Experience in prioritizing projects and workflow to meet tight, and multiple, deadlines.
Ability to post and maintain documents and institutional policies on website.
Experience working with both internal and external vendors to maintain departmental inventory of necessary supplies.
Excellent public relations skills by phone, in person, and in written correspondence.
Ability to respond effectively and appropriately with regard to sensitive issues.
Ability to respond to all inquiries by providing concise, accurate information.
Ability to work collaboratively within and beyond the institution.
