POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
Reports to: Senior Project Manager

Job Goal:


• Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
• Manages teams across groups or departments in the execution of a project
• Manages scheduling and communication between team members
• Produce reports, updates and project documentation

Duties & Responsibilities:


• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Determine the resources (time, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• In consultation with the appropriate manager, select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
• Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
• Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines
• Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation
• Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities
• Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress
• Approving the submission of the final results of the project
• Track and review the progress and quality of work being performed by project team
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the account manager and project team
• Keep the Account Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor of computer science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or any other related field.
• MS Office, MS Project, Project/Time Management
• PMP / PRINCE 2 Foundation & Practitioner
• 5-7 years of experience
