1. Accounts Payable Accountant

• Comply financial information, processes journal entries into various accounts, reconciles reports and financial data
Description:
- Prepare journal vouchers and batches for entry of payment transactions (payments, debit notes, credit notes, invoices) related to accounts payable into the General Ledger.
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger and resolves differences.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for all the suppliers’ accounts to be matched with our record and then check and fix the discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payments by following up on pending invoices.
- Prepare Payment requests for all type of payment through AP and submit it to treasury to process payment by cash, cheques or wire transfers
- Negotiate and agree with line managers for the results he will achieve and deliver those results in order to meet the needs of business.
- Provide information to staff and individuals or organizations outside of the Company explains accounting transactions; resolves accounting issues and discrepancies.

Job Summary:
• Follow and enforce the inventory control policies and procedures in accordance with the department’s overall objectives and strategy. • Maintain accuracy of work and compliance with established rules and accounting principles.
Description:
- Follow and enforce the inventory control policies and procedures in accordance with the department’s overall objectives and strategy
- Responsible to provide and coordinate the following specific processes:
- Issue Inventory in IFS (SIM & Scratch), to distributors, CSPs and regional W/Hs etc.)
- Receive Inventory in IFS
- Stock Control
- Physical Inventory / Counts
- Coordinate inventory transfers with related departments
- Ensure data and new item information (stock no., description, location, min max. etc) in the system is tracked and entered accurately for: daily issues, receipts and returned materials to maintain updated stock control system.
- Create items code for new items.
- Report to Warehouse Manager on inventory accuracy for all material and highlight errors and solution recommendation
- Check issue tickets against the stock list prior to issuance and ensure correctness of items.
- Report to AR Manager /supervisor (in Finance Operations) all issuance of materials and spare parts daily.
- Maintain accuracy of work and compliance with established rules and accounting principles.
- Reconcile any variances between the book records and the results of the count, and promptly justify any non-reconciled differences to warehousing Manager .
- Ensure accurate paperwork is generated for all transactions in and out of the warehouse and input to the systems timely.
- Ensure warehousing services are successfully and meaningfully being delivered to the organization as a whole by requesting continuous feedback from other departments Supervisors and forwarding this feedback to the Warehousing Manager
- Provide complete cooperation with other departments regarding meeting their warehousing needs
- Maintain the records of stocks and ensure quality records keeping and filing system

3. Territory Sales Manager

Summary:
• Ensure availability and visibility of MTN products & service across the assigned territory and achieve targets assigned, by proper management of the channel.
Description:
- Prepare the following month route/visit plan and submit it to line manager for confirmation
- Conduct routinely visits to Route/territory to ensure products availability and proper supply from TP to the channel.
- Develop TP direct sales team, including (recruitment/ development/ training and performance management)
- Audit the assigned territory to ensure product recommended price is in place.
- Control and report cross border sales (Airtime and SIM cards)
- Organize and supervise on-ground activations for the assigned territory/ or as per management direction.
- Educate TP Salesmen/point of sales /Agents about commissions, pricing and increase awareness of company’s products and conduct a proper induction for the newly acquired POSs.
- Ensure KYC forms collection from the trade and deliver back to TP/MTN premises.
- Review daily, weekly & monthly sales performance reports for the assigned territory and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Increase POS foot print as per assigned targets, even spread of POS across assigned areas (Regions/ City/Area)
- Build the first connection between the newly acquired POS and the route Salesman and ensure frequent supply to this POS.
- Distribute branding materials and ensure brand visibility.
- Identify visibility gaps in trade and report directly to the concerned department.
- Perform market intelligence activity
- Perform any Ad-Hoc duties required by management.
