Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer science or IT related field.
- Experience in support tools
- Experience not less than 1 years hands-on IT Support experience.
- Advanced Troubleshooting skills in a multi-user, high pressure environment
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting
- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
