Duties:

  • Guide employees through their development
  • Develop department wide reports on progress
  • Give constructive criticism to managers
  • Ensure that the department budget is being met
  • Implement department wide procedures
  • Ensure that the organization is meeting its goals
  • Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and long term goals for the organization.
  • Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
  • Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers.
  • Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • BSc. Of Business Administration, Management or any related field- MBA or Master’s is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of Experience in Related Field

Duties:

  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
  • Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
  • Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
  • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Analyze market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities
  • Help management make financial decisions
