AKMAL Consultancy has an immediate opening for a Resident Engineer Position in Sinar City, SUDAN
Candidate should have good knowledge in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Resident Engineer:
Candidate should have BSC in Civil, Architecture or related fields with a proven minimum experience of 10 years and good knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, project management and administration.
He/ She should have the ability to lead the supervision and inspection staff along with the contractors on site.
Liaise, coordinate and attend meetings, where required, with contractors’ representatives, consultants, employer’s representatives, relevant authorities.
Issue, Supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
Advise and assess any milestone payments, claims, variations and assist in final account settlement and should have the ability to issue payments when required.
Should have good knowledge and experience in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, MS project or Primavera, and MS Office.
