1- Aftermarket Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
Promoting Sales of Spare Parts, Batteries, Tires and   related solutions to customers. Educate and advise customers in proper equipment utilization and applications to enhance greater productivity or lower costs. Focuses on customer visits and customer calls. Provides timely and concise feedback to management regarding on-going deals Gathers market intelligence

Job Requirements:    

  • Bachelor degree in Eng. and or closely related field
  • MBA (Preferable).
  • 2-3 Years+ in an external sales role
  • Experienced in Selling in the Automotive Sector for more than 2 years  
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Customers service orientated.
  • Must be Committed, Positive and Hardworking.        
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint experience is required.
  • Good track record in corporate sales.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  

Job Duties:

  • Meets 100% of established sales and unit periodic forecasts
  • 12 sales calls or visits per day. Contacts must be decision makers or influencers to qualify.
  • Submits all quotations to customers in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.  All quotations must be issued from the business system
  • Manages and maintains a weekly and monthly customer call schedule and provides copies to his supervisor.
  • 100% of calls and activity reports must be submitted daily and updated in the business system.
  • 100% of missed or lost opportunities must be reported to management in the same day and the business system updated accordingly.
  • Responds to customer calls and requests in a timely manner with a great sense of urgency.
  • Responds to team member calls or requests in a timely manner and with a great sense of urgency.
  • Understands and applies the concept of completed staff work.  First sales call to be made by 9:15AM every day.
  • Attends all prime product deliveries with the customer

  • Minimum  10+ years experience in Automotive Industry within a corporate environment
  • Minimum 5 + years experience in Automotive Industry within a recognized dealership
  • Minimum 5 + years experience leading a team
  • Minimum 10 + years work experience in local market
  • Minimum 10 + years experience in Africa and-or Middle East
  • Minimum 5 + years in a Global-Multinational or Diversified Group
  • Fluent in English.
  • Automotive Sales.

Job Duties:

  • Analyze and review the market and customer requirements consistently to ensure that the dealership understands the customer needs and that the dealership is delivering what the customer wants through innovative products, services, ideas and solutions.
  • Develop and keep building a customer database, allocate customers to sales consultants, track customer liaison and develop innovative ways to communicate to customers, make them feel part of the family, make them known to the dealership staff, reward them for their loyalty, make them aware of your appreciation, make them want to deal with the dealership.
  • Implement Sales Core Processes to drive customer excitement, deliver an amazing customer experience and build relationships. Manage and monitor the follow-up of potential sales customers from both the existing customer base and new prospect lists in order to actively promote vehicle sales and close deals in order to meet monthly sales goals for self and team.
  • Build a team of highly trained and motivated staff through structured career development and training schemes, remuneration and motivating incentive schemes aimed at driving customer satisfaction, volume and profitability.
  • Develop, implement and monitor a culture of quality that is enforced in all dealings with the customer, the manner in which we present the dealership, the showroom and full transaction cycle as per the Sales Core Process. Ensure that this is audited to drive compliance.

3- Marketing Intelligence Manager

Job Summary:
To manage Marketing Intelligence in order to derive deep customer insights in a given or proposed market, and to make recommendations to capitalize on opportunities which will assist the company in the development of current and future fit-for purpose marketing strategies and solutions to support the Marketing vision and mission, and overall achievement of business strategic objectives.

Job Requirements:  

  • Degree in Economics-Master in Business Administration preferable        
  • Degrees in Market Research or Data Science, Business, Statistics, or Finance
  • Marketing Management Degree or Diploma          
  • Certification with Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
  • 5-7 years of experience in macro economics          
  • 5-7 years of macro and market intelligence with a preference for experience in marketing          
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in Africa and-or Middle East          
  • Minimum 5 Years in a Global-Multinational or Diversified Group

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and -or Business Administration Certified Accountant (ACCA-CPA)
  • Minimum 6+ years experience in Finance within a corporate environment  
  • Minimum 4+ years experience in Business Partnering-Mngt Accounting within
  • a complex Environment
  • Minimum 4+ years experience leading a Mgt Accounting Team
  • Minimum 3 + years work experience in local market    

Job Duties:

  • Oversee business partners within business units in the effective delivery of support and advisory services related to planned budgets and rolling forecasts, provision of historic data analytics, forecast assumptions and calculations, budget control systems and overall  support on expenditure to enable enhanced financial judgment management.  
  • Oversee business partners within business units in the effective delivery of support and advisory services related to stocking and dispatching of products and machinery, to inventory ageing analysis, to compliance against the OPEX Purchasing Policy to ensure   compliance and manage minimal stock losses.
  • Oversee business partners within business units in the effective delivery of support and advisory services related to General Ledger activities for monthly closing period procedure, balance sheet audits and year end procedures to enable effective GL reporting.
  • Oversee business partners within business units in the effective delivery of support and advisory services related to all purchases and overhead, workloans analysis, OPEX analysis and payables ageing analysis to ensure best value for money spent.
  • Oversee business partners within business units in the effective delivery of support and advisory services related to Cash Management around historical cash flow analysis (direct-indirect) and cash flow analysis to ensure that cash management practices are effectively management against insights gained from history and data analytics.
  • Ensure that all business partners have sound relationships of trust and respect with business units to maximum working relations and collaboration between financial support services and Bus for increased impact and financial rewards.
