Position summary:
To control, supervise and track all services, troubleshooting & repairs required with full adherence to quality and standards to ensure customers satisfaction and company profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Machinery Maintenance
- Performs diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints to ensure the machinery are in optimum condition
- Machine Testing
- Tests machinery repairs and then communicate issues to Technicians and advise to conduct additional repairs to ensure the work is carried out properly
- Quality Assurance
- Apply manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnosis, testing, and repairs are thorough to achieve highest quality

- Products Awareness
- Enhance and improve knowledge on new machine models to keep abreast with new industry standards, practices, and technologies.
- Job Tracking
- Follow up on parts and components and keep detailed, organized records of all repair work done on each equipment to track all operations
- Safety Management
- Adhere to all safety procedures & policies specified for service, operation or repair of equipment or service tools usage to achieve the safest work environment.
- Spare Parts Coordination
- Communicates with Service Admin about parts ordered, parts required, and timeliness of order completion to finish the jobs in timely and efficient manner
- Equipment & Machinery Calibration
- Perform calibration procedures stated in the manual and record the data after performing test runs on all machineries and equipment to ensure correct setup
- Training and Development
- Define a training plan for the team in conjunction with HR, conduct coaching, motivation and on-site development in order to share, exchange knowledge and deliver optimal performance .
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in heavy equipment service
