Follow Digital Marketing Plan to enhance over all digital marketing experience, enhancing marketing mass communication by providing market requirements, best practice to meet Marketing Division’s objectives, and generate new ideas to be the leader in the automotive industry in the countries DED operates in. implement corporate branding on all platforms and ensure accurate representation of corporate identity across DED activities/initiatives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction Follow the companyâ€™s digital strategy, representation of corporate identity across DED activities/initiatives and maintain a strong online company presence through social media strategy.Marketing Communication ChannelsCoordinate all marketing communication channels for targeted customer base, which will have a direct impact on Customer Engagement, and result in an improvement in customer service, as well as ease of communicating with customers on products ands services for maximum customer reach and impact (social media platforms, radio, product notifications, advertising, and billboards) Ongoing.Content DevelopmentFocused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.Customer Experienceimplement customer-centric content and communication which attracts the customer, and results in the customer developing an affinity to the product and service for purchase. Asess all customers online touch points and needs and translate these requirments into solutions. Mainitain an online customer experience that is unified with the offline experience.Digital Campaigns Content Development Develop content for digital, channel-specific campaigns, as part the channel marketing strategy using the latest digital trends and research insights. Develop content that is adapted and tailored to suit the most appropriate digital platform for the greatest impact, in order to maximise audience reach and customer penetration. Maintain up to date and timely massages across all marketing communication channels by developing campaigns that supports the brands growth. Brand promise & CI guidelinesDevelop a brand’s promise book to be used as a refrence for all marketing activities. Assesses all communication and marketing activities to ensure adherence to brand’s promises to ensure brand consistency.Ensures brand guidelines are executed properly in all company internal and external communicationDirect ownership of internal Brand audit.Digital analytics & reportsMaintain and track social media impacts and foot printsResponsible of delivering & presenting periodic Media reports & analysis.Suppliers/StakeholdersMaintain sound relations with service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the succesful implementation of the marketing mission. (overseas communication and so on)Financial ManagementTrack and report all cost and expenses associated with the channel.Provide inputs for annual/quarter budget planning. LTG / STOReport on the main Marketing KPI’s to achieve the Marketing Division’s Long Term Goals, and Short Term Objectives.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management Professional Certification in Marketing, Project Management Accredited in Marketing Professional Membership in Marketing, Project ManagementExpereiences:Minimum 4 – 5 years work experience in Marketing ,Communication and Project management ideally in automotive environment Minimum 3 years work experience in Digital Marketing Minimum 3-5years work experience in communication Minimum3-5 years work experience in local market Minimum 5 Years experience in Africa and/or Middle East Minimum 3Years in a Global/Multinational or Diversified Group
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English People Management Budget Management Project Management Vendor Management Business Administration Analytical Skills Quality Assurance Content Marketing Business Strategy Digital Campaign Optimization Pricing, Profitability, and MROI Experience dealing with external agencies MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
