To oversee and ensure all processes are in place to drive forecast accuracy while participating with cross-functional team meetings ( S&OP), compering the company inventories levels whether ON-hand or In-pipe VS sales forecast to liaise on with respective managers to plan for units needed and to participate in estimating future product demand.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations Planning:Review sales plans and copare it with stock-on-hand to set the final sales plans on monthly bases in order to ensure proper ordering and reach sales targets .Inventory Management:Setup and establish accurate Order Points (Max & Min) and Define the Add/Remove from Stock Procedure to ensure availability of the parts and to achieve the targeted inventory turnover.Order Management:Oversee orders plans and make sure that the orders are placed timely & properly to maintain optimal inventory levels.Invoicing:Review and approve invoicing to ensure compliance with contract and authorities.Suppliers Management :
Manage & keep records for all suppliers, audit and confirm that suppliers invoices are invoiced timely and properly to ensure proper posting to financial books.Supplier Relationship Management:Devise supplierâ€™s selection processes and criterion, suppliersâ€™ segmentation process, agreements management and supplier performance management system.Supply Chain Processes Analysis:Track and monitor the performance of supply chain functions (Sourcing & Purchases, Sales, etcâ€¦) ensuring all requests are handled within targeted lead times. And disseminate and communicate Standard operating procedures [SOPâ€™s] and policies and report any deviation from, or violation to these SOPâ€™s or policies.Team Supervision:Provide effective people management in resourcing and recruitment, performance management, staff development and coaching of direct reports for overall effectiveness and optimal performance.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:University degree BSc in Business Administration or any related field.
Professional Certification in Supply Chain.
MSc , MBA degree (Desirable).
Experience:Minimum 7 years work experience in Supply chain or logistics
Minimum 2 years work experience in machinery industry
Minimum 3 years work experience supervising teams
Required Skills & Knowledge:
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Category/Product Market-Specific Knowledge.
