To Process and maintain company payroll in order to ensure accurate payroll transactions and payments, timely payment, and maintain confidentiality of all transactions and records.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Payroll PreparationPrepare and forward the monthly payroll to Finance for payment in order to meet monthly payroll timeframe and ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently Payroll DeductionsProcess the respective deductions from employeesâ€™ salaries, to ensure the correctness of calculations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Payroll AnalysisPerform bimonthly various payroll analysis to highlight any additions and/or deletions in the payroll in order to provide the management with insights. DocumentationRequest, obtain and file and all the necessary approvals for payroll changes and/or payments to ensure proper documentation and future reference.
Policies & ProceduresApply HR policies & procedures relating to compensation and benefits to ensure fair treatment and uniformed practice across the Company.
Payroll ConfidentialityTake all necessary security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of payroll.Payroll inquiriesRespond to all employees inquiries related their payroll entitlements in order to maintain good employee service.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:BSc Degree in business administration or finance.Experience:Minimum 1 – 2 years in payroll.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Labor Law.
MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation.
