Position summary:

To work as a personal advisor towards DMC Top Key Account customer to provide a specialized service based on customer SMART needs and deliver a superior customer service through approaches that will be reflected on customer behavioral activity with DMC.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement Key Customers Activities Provide all customer needs and requests from the customer and company side to achieve win-win solutions Potential Key AccountsProvide special services to management’s targeted customers to prepare the sales and PSSR to approach the customers and make business deals.Identify Key Customers SMART NeedsProvide customer focus team with customer insights information based on their research and direct contact with the customer that will guarantee SLA.Personalize VIP Customer ServiceEstablish a customized communication channel with top VIP customers to build a strong relationship with the customerControl Key Customer Profile DatabaseProvide accurate customer vehicle information to involved departments to have a clean databaseConduct Regular Site Visit:Visit key customers on a regular basis to capture customer’s needs and build relationResolve Key Customers Complicated CasesSupport key account customers through resolving their complaints on management levelUpsell/Cross-sellEncourage key accounts to make more sales with DMC on every touch-point with themFacilitate WorkshopsCoordinate customer’s maintenance plan with the workshops to assure efficient serviceAssure the quality of the processProvide service to customer based on business standards and assure the safety of process to meet business requirements.                          

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:Diploma/Degree in Management or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Computer Literate.                                          
 MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).                                      
Telephone etiquette.                                            
Problem solving.                                           
Time Management.
