Position summary:
To ensure the overall delivery of transportation, customs clearance, insurance & registration processes, that result in the successful implementation of logistic support to DIAC.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Submit, track and document initial approval requests to import agricultural inputs (Seeds, Fertilizers and Pesticides.
Products Final Conformity
Submit and track products final conformists requests to SSMO and Ministry of Agriculture.
Regulatory Affairs
Act as focal point between DIAC and Regulatory bodies such as (Plant Protection directory, Plant Quarantine, Pesticides Council & seeds Administration) and ensure compliance of documentation necessary for customs clearance process.
Ensure a 100% accurate documentation of initial & final conformity certificates, testing report and analysis certificates of products.
Total Logistics Cost
Track and report on total costs of products registration to advise on recommended improvements to existing practices to optimize the impact on the total logistics cost.

Logistics Quality
Ensure that quality Logistic standards and practices are followed in line with expected company requirements.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Diploma or Higher Degree in Administration or equivalent
1-3 years’ relevant experience in products registration with governmental bodies
Administration & Documentation Experience
Local Sudanese Experience

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Governmental Registration Processes

Microsoft Office & ERP
Tact, diplomacy and calmness, especially when dealing with tired drivers and disgruntled customers

Position summary:
To sell agricultural machinery, implements, services and parts focusing on customer visits & outdoor sales activities and to advise customers in proper equipment utilization & service applications to enhance greater productivity or lower costs.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
Acquire customer requirements and submit quotations in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency to maintain customer satisfaction and company image.
Product Presentation:
Execute technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets customer needs while keeping a supply of relevant sales tools and presentations to help in customer presentations.
Stakeholder Management:
Negotiate tenders and contract terms to meet both client and company needs and follow DIAC discount matrix and prices.
Quality Management:
Ensure all discounts have been authorized and contracts are prepared as per company policy and accomplished delivery procedures to maintain the quality of the services provided.
Provide daily sales activity reports (including missed or lost opportunities) within the requested timeframe and ensure they are updated in the business system to support the management in tracing the local market trend.

Participate in local and international fairs and conduct visits when required as well as develop opportunities to represent the company to all potential and current customers.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related field

3- Treasury Junior Accountant

Job Title: Treasury Junior Accountant

Position summary:
To carryout accounting activities related to treasury by posting receipts, posting finance transactions, arrange the importation documents processes, maintain full reconciled bank accounts and ensure files completion accordingly in order to Deliver proper accounting performance

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Importation(IM)- Hard Currency
Receive shipping documents for IM process to prepare requisitions & follow up with banks to obtain IM & ensure settlements according to payment terms, post all related transactions in order to ensure delivering IM on time.
Cash Flow Posting
Post all receipts to its relevant bank account on Cash MGMT system, Maintain proper filing, report back & follow up clearing on un allocated items in order to maintain accurate cash balances.
Bank Reconciliation
Perform full Reconciliation of all bank accounts, liaise with the T.S. to eliminate all pending Items, prepare full outstanding report in order to keep clear confirmed bank balances.
LGs & LCs (unfunded facilities)
Follow up with T.S. & prepare all required applications, post transactions, file documents. Arrange an analyzed report in order to reflect clear status on the utilization, validity,…etc.
Bank Mandate
Keep an updated banks mandate includes all needful reference data in order to ensure compliance with authority matrix & related group policy guidance to maintain a complete updated bank files.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and-or Business Administration.
Minimum 4+ years experience in Finance within a corporate environment.
Minimum 3+ years experience in Treasury within a complex environment.

To supervise the flow of operationalization of Procurement practices across all business units to drive optimum financial performance and value creation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Budgets & Rolling Forecast:
Provide a governance tools for verification controls against planned budgets and rolling forecasts to ensure ethical and regulated procurement practices strategic financial management activities including annual budget development, financial planning and cash flowing, and financial reporting.
Purchases & Overheads:
Ensure that all purchases and overheads are procured timorously approved, payments are received promptly and efficiently in order to ensure delivery as per requested due date for ongoing business liquidity and customer confidence and satisfaction.
Local purchases – Contract Management:
Oversee and monitor a robust contract management practices that include tender assessments, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts and SLAs, credit agreements etc., to enable effective supplier management that results in superior supplier relationships and service offerings.
Vendor Management & Stakeholder Relationship:
Ensure key relationships with vendors and strategic stakeholders supply partners to improve business and proactively source the best deals for the best price.
Reporting and analysis:
Prepare regular reports for PR’s, pending PR’s/payments, completed purchases and budgets status in order to reflect and enable management to take corrective decisions.
Performance Management:
Supervise individuals or teams through line management and/or matrix management arrangements as required, ensuring under performance is managed and adequate resourcing is planned to meet objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote the drive for continuous improvement within area of responsibility, taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration,Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years experience in Procurement within a corporate environment
Minimum 2+ years experience in Procurement within an engineering industry
Minimum 2 + years work experience in local market.
Minimum 2+ years supervising a team
