To provide a high-level management and administration support and working collaboratively across the HSE team. Responsible for analyzing and reporting on HSE data (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually), looking at ways to optimize data collection and reporting.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting with the creation, preparation and control of all HSE related correspondence, documentation and reports,Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.Compile and prepare HSE reports for all DM projects, including distribution of monitoring compliance with actions.Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, agendas and minutes.Prepare purchase requisitions and receipting purchase orders.Manage and distribute HSE documents.Providing administrative support to HSE team.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:Minimum of one years of related experience.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties at all levels.
Excellent time management skills.
Well-developed organization skills.
Numerate, analytical, attention to detail.
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Intensive knowledge of HSE.Intensive knowledge of local mining business.
Proficiency of basic English.
