Elevate for Community Development is a newly established NGO, incorporated in Khartoum, Sudan as of September 2019. Elevate is a humanitarian/developmental organization focusing largely on the fields of Health, Education and Self Reliance. Elevate is looking for a qualified HR/Admin Officer.
Salary Rang 280-320 USD, depending on experience
Under the supervision of the General Director, the HR/Administrative officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office, handling HR/administrative issues, and ensuring adherence to all Elevate HR & Administrative procedures.

Reporting: General Director
- Oversee the smooth flow of routine administrative work of the Elevate office
- Develop and implement the guidelines for office operations: ·
- Assume responsibilities for general office maintenance, including equipment.
- Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the office.
- Ensure office is supplied and stocked
Maintains confidence of the DG and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Readiness to conduct field visits
Carry out all documentation related tasks as needed and as directed by the DG
Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to the healthy and friendly work environment
