To supervise overall Dal Mining financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate documation , recording and controlling over them and accodingly provide reliable reports to facilitate taking efficient & effective deceisions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Transactions CorrectnessMonitor the daily Accounts transactions to ensure that all transactions are timely and correctly posted to the right Accounts after checking and verifying the supporting documents.Suppliers Qualifications Ensure that all suppliers are qualified and their accounts are opened correctly with clear terms of payment and other essential information are completed. In order to ensure that the company is dealing with the right and reputable suppliers those alighned with company Policies.Intercompany AccountsEnsure that all sister companies accounts are maintained, controlled and confirmed as per Dal Group policies.Staff Accounts Handle and review all staff transactions & payments (slaries & others), making sure the monthly payrol transactions are completed on time in order to maintain a proper staff accounts.Fixed Assets & InventoriesConduct Fixed Assets & inventory verification( physical vs book) periodically and when needed to ensure proper adjusment of variancies after approvals.Periods closing & Reporting To ensure a proper financial periods closing and Provide a reqular financial reports those will support the management & business decisions and to ensure that all reports are completed as per agreed targets.Supervise the collection, daily deposit of chqs at banks & ensure poper booking & reporting of cash positionTeam Development & Supervision Supervise the team and individuals, monitoring their performance and avail the oppurtinuties for their coaching and development.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance Certified Accountant (ACCA/CPA) Experience:Minimum 6 + years experience in Finance within a corporate environment Minimum 5 + years experience in accounts within a complex environment Minimum 3 + years experience supervising Accounts/Receivables Team Minimum 3 + years work experience in local market
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English Financial Management Knowledge of Standard Accounting Practices & Procedure Critical Thinker/Problem-Solving Skills Analytical Skills & Data Reporting Budget Management Project Management MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
