Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends. Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local rules and regulations. Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, distribute and coordinate Operations daily fleet schedules.Act as the focal point for all drivers/Operators inquires at sites and needs in all areas.Monitors the Vehicles and Trucks overall condition and ensure regular services is completed on time.Fill the drivers/Operators work loan request, secure approvals, and follow with accounts department for receiving/transferring work loans to concerned drivers/Operators.Manage Fueling ,Oiling and all in regard reportsMonitor application for tracking system to report vehicles.Working on vehicles rental application software to monitor utilization and invoicingReports , accidents, vehicles at body shop & workshopProvide timely support to drivers/Operators needs including, facilitating technical Support, work Loans, etcâ€¦Determine the scope of the repair or maintenance work needed.
Discuss repairs with the Technical team.Record the appropriate information about the unit/vehicles/trucks and heavy equipment into the computer system and print out the work orderTrack rental vehicles and gives estimates on repairsWorks with parts specialist to insure parts are available when vehicles is ready for repair.Coordinate, communicate & transfer policies and procedures to ensure operation is well controlled.Under the guidance of the Contract Manager, manage the pool of vehicles/HE including their service, repair and maintenance.Ensure vehicles/HE have valid insurances; drivers/Operators have valid permits; insurance claims are processed in a timely; maintenance and servicing is achieved in a timely mannerMonitor vehicle log books on a weekly basisKeep track of fuel card utilization for each vehicle/HE and make monthly reconciliation and records.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
University degree.Experience:3 – 5 years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Knowledge:
5 years full and clean driving license
Spoken English and ArabicDynamic, diplomatic, presentable and has good communication skills, able to deal with different patterns of people & colleagues
Basic computer skillsAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to listen to and understand customersâ€™ needsAbility to read operating manuals and instructions
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of the operation of all types of non-destructive testing equipment.
