Position summary:

To lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices and to achieve business objectives.   

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Change Management
    • Plan and communicate change and recommend training to impacted business units in order to avoid any change resistance.  
  • Process Management Approach
    • Prepare and apply a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor SUTRAC processes and procedures.
  • Best practices Bench-marking
    • Conduct research of internal and external best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.                                       
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis
    • Analyze benefits, cost, and opportunity fit for all process/opportunity/system changes in order to prioritize initiatives based on established guidelines.                                            
  • Business Process Performance Management
    •  Enforce a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor SUTRAC processes and procedures under the guidance of direct managers.
  • Business Process Analysis
    •  Analyze all procedures, processes and team-oriented tasks in order  to reduce redundancy, build efficiency, and ultimately increase productivity of SUTRAC staff.
  • Business Process Audit
    • Plan all auditing efforts for SUTRAC processes, procedures, and internal documentation in order to ensure all processes are performed as per standard.                                         
  • Business-IT Alignment
    • Review readiness and capacity for technology changes in order to ensure optimal utilization of SUTRAC resources.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management/ Computer Science/ IT               
  • Masters degree in Business Management  (Preferable).                  
  • Professional Certification in Lean/ Six Sigma/ Business Process Management (Preferable).   

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years work experience in Business Process Management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years work experience in Automotive industry
