Follow Digital Marketing Plan to enhance overall digital marketing experience, execute marketing mass communication activities following the best practice to meet Marketing Department’s objectives. Implement corporate branding on all platforms and ensure accurate representation of corporate identity across DED activities/initiatives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Direction Implement the corporate identity guidelines across DED activities/initiatives and maintain a strong online company presence through digital marketing strategy implementation. Follow Implementation of the essentials of ATL activities.Marketing Communication Channels Execute all above the line marketing activities, digital marketing campaigns/platforms development for targeted internal / external customers to ensure maximum customer reach and impact.Customer Acquisition and RetentionFocused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience, as well as briefing creative agencies & liaising with other departments to support each job.Brand promise & CI guidelines Ensures brand guidelines / promise are followed and executed properly in all DED internal and external communication.Data analytics & reportsContribute to the analysis of the success of ATL / digital activities of each client to measure and generate reports that highlight areas of improvement; strategies that worked and areas of successes.Suppliers/StakeholdersMaintain sound relations with all staff and service providers (suppliers/stakeholders) in order to work towards the successful implementation of the Marketing Vision and Mission.ATL Performance ManagementEnsure all KPI’s are met and aligned with DED Brand Promise. Monitor and measure expected outcomes for the ATL guidelines and performance.Financial ManagementTrack all cost and expenses associated with each project / task. LTG / STOReport on the main Marketing KPI’s to achieve the Marketing Division’s Long Term Goals, and Short Term Objectives.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Project Management Professional Certification in Marketing, Project Management Accredited in Marketing Professional Membership in Marketing, Project ManagementExperiences:
Minimum of 2 years work experience in Marketing ,Communication and Project management ideally in automotive environment Minimum of 2 years work experience in Digital Marketing Minimum 1-2years work experience in communication Minimum 2 years work experience in local market Minimum 2 Years experience in Africa and/or Middle East Minimum 2 Years in a Global/Multinational or Diversified Group
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Fluent in English People Management Budget Management Project Management Vendor Management Business Administration Analytical Skills Quality Assurance Content Marketing Business Strategy Digital Campaign Optimization Pricing, Profitability, and MROI Experience dealing with external agencies MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
