Position summary:

The purpose is to efficiently execute export shipments  by coordinating with all parties involved considering priorities and adjusting to different conditions while consistently provide progress feedback.                           

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

– Executes efficiently all activities for the shipments as per the business requirement.   
                             
– Efficiently coordinate with all parties involved.   
                                   
– Generates daily reports to management and other stakeholders about shipments progress and ensures all operation processes are timely reflected in the system.   

– Manages timely issuance of export contracts to correctly determine quantity and addresses the need to split Export forms upon the required partial shipment quantities.                                
– Consistently provide feedback regarding progress.  
                               
– Coordinate with logistics team to make sure all documents and requirements are in order and issued correctly and according to the plan and ready before the shipment takes place.   
                                
– Develops timeline plan for each Purchase contract  based on cargo and documents readiness and share progress to ensure efficient execution.           
            
– Track Purchase contract cargo stocks at stores, in-transit or under processing.      
                              
– Coordinate tag approval, printing and stitching.    
                               
– Follow up with quality team for the quality and fumigation process. 

– Follow up with PZU team for empty containers and stuffing operations.  
                                  
– Prepare packing list after shipment stuffing.
                                     
– Follow up on after shipment procedure until issuance of sales order.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

– Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant filed.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

– Knowledge of planning principles and practices.
– Knowledge of research and data collection.

– Multi-functional skills.

– Microsoft skills .

– Good English language skills
