We have more than 128 Employee ( Engineers, technician and workers) allocated in three department, project office, the factory and the head quarter.

THE MAIN DRIVING FORCES FOR PETRA

1- Projects Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead engineers, scientists and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop HVAC projects, and oversee production and quality control.
  • Direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance in industrial plants.
  • Hire, train, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff.
  • Write performance reviews and solve internal issues.
  • Discuss and lay out project specifications.
  • Make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
  • Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts.
  • Negotiate research contracts.
  • Approve expenditures.
  • Review and recommend contracts.
  • Develop cost estimates.
  • Draft proposals and reports for clients.
  • Check technical accuracy of work.
  • Establish administrative policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate activities of unit with other units or organizations.
  • Confer with higher levels of management.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Skills/Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years’ Experience

2- HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities; maintain records and files; prepare reports. Assign and distribute work orders and work requests. Attend and participate in meetings regarding work to be done; attend training classes.

Skills/Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.

3- Design Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for taking into account the clients’ needs and designing the system wherein these requirements will be fulfilled by carrying out these duties within the given budget standards. Determines the scope of the clients’ project and make sure that it is completed within the given deadline.

Skills/Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with Major Exp into HVAC Design.
  • Experience using computer HVAC design tools, AutoCAD, Revit MEP and IES is essential.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

4- Financial Manger

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives

Skills/Qualifications Requirements:

  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
