Job Summaries:

1.Contact Centre Manager

  • You are expected to manage CC activities with the rest of the support team such as transport, facilities, shifts, agents, customer, performance and quality, IT, business KPIs … etc.
  • Minimum 4 years as a manager or senior position within the CC industry or IT Operations
  • 1st or 2nd upper degree in a relevant degree
  • Strong management and leadership skills, business and finance, ICT technical skills.

2.Admin and Facilities Officer

  • You are expected to manage all admin and facilities functions and closely work with other team members and specialist within the HR department. Such tasks include but not limited to: filing, facilities, attendance, organizing events and activities … etc. You will be expected to add value by making operations run smoothly and work very closely with the rest of the HR department and manage the admin team.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with proven track record
  • 1st or 2nd Upper degree in a relevant program
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

3.Fleet and Fuel Officer

  • You are expected to manage the operations of the fleet and fuel which includes fuel reporting and management, car incident reporting, communication with limousine companies, training of drivers, reporting on cars utilization, car repair and damage activities, following up with police and insurance companies, license renewals … etc.
  • Minimum 3 years experience with proven track records
  • Suitable education qualification
  • Basic IT skills
  • Strong organizational, initiative, communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Senior HR Officer / Recruitment, Outsourcing and Talent Management Specialist

  • You are expected to manage all talent acquisition and management functions in addition to the outsourcing activities and closely work with other team members and specialist within the HR department. Such tasks include but not limited to: managing the talent pool, conducting interviews and evaluations, coordination with recruitment and outsourcing companies, recruitment process, analysis, turn over management  … etc.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with proven track record
  • 1st or 2nd Upper degree in a relevant program
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

5.Senior HR Officer / Compensation and Benefits Specialist

  • You are expected to lead all the compensation and benefits activities including the operations tasks in addition to reporting, analysis, giving recommendations, engaging with employees to propose new C&B packages, evaluations of all C&B packages. You will be expected to follow the international standards and best practices. You are expected to develop and wiling to be challenged and grow and to have initiative. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the HR department staff.
  • Some of the tasks include but not limited to: payroll management, social insurance, income tax, employee cost analysis, salary scale, salary survey … etc.
  • Minimum BSc. In Accounting & Finance or any other business management relevant degree (preference 1st or 2nd upper degree)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of proven track records and exposure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and organizational skills

6.Senior HR Officer / Performance and Development Specialist

  • You are expected to manage all organizational development functions and closely work with other team members and specialist within the HR department. Such tasks include but not limited to: performance management process, training and development, gap analysis, succession planning and development … etc.
  • Minimum 4 years experience with proven track record
  • 1st or 2nd Upper degree in a relevant program
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

7.Power Solutions Manager

  • You are expected to manage the Power solutions division with both Sales and Services activities. This includes Diesel Power Generating Systems, Hybrid Power Systems, Renewable Energy solutions such as Solar power and all other power related solutions. You will advice the customer technically on the best solutions and will lead the customer management activities. In addition you will be responsible to grow and drive the business and manage the day to day operations.
  • Requirements:
  • 1st or 2nd upper class from mechanical engineering or power engineering degree or relevant degree
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience (preferably in in sales and service of power field)
  • Strong management, leadership, customer interface and technical skills
