  • Asawer Oil & Gas has a wide range of products and services covering Oil & Gas industry and Infrastructure projects. Asawer covering all Downstream services areas for Oil and Gas with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of facilities (FPFs, Pipelines, Wells, Flow lines, Power Plants, Electrical Transmission Lines, etc.) and Supply services for all related items meeting the international standards.
  • Asawer has good experience in infrastructure projects and it has own resources (Equipments and Camps) to Cover all Civil projects.

Scope and Basic Functions of the Position:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
  • Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.
  • Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
  • Overseeing the company’s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
  • Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
  • Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
  • Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.

Minimum Requirements for the Position:

  • BSc in Engineering is a must; Master Degree (MBA/MSC) is preferable.
  • 15 years of experience with five years in managerial level position.
  • Excellent network with oil and gas companies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Managing Director is a professional responsible for the successful leadership and management of company’s business. Managing Director is to direct and control NUS operations, people and ventures and to give strategic guidance and advice to the board to ensure that NUS achieves its mission and objectives.

  • Experience must include at least 5 years at the general management level. plus broad business management experience.

Scope and Basic Functions of the Position:
