Position summary:

The Trade marketing coordinator is a key contributor for channel performance, KPI’s Achievement & Delivery. She/he is responsible for channel/customer investment, trade framework & strategy. Also she/he is the person that has to deal very closely with cross function teams: Brand managers,  Category Teams, field sales directors, Demand, Supply & Marketing to synchronize channel activities & demand/Supply aspects to ensure flawless operation year long.

The Trade Marketing coordinator plays a key role within the sales team, driving excellence in store (4P) execution across key customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Ensure updated competitors scanning for all categories•  Contribute in TM channels short and long term plans execution.
•  Analyze sales trends and performance to ensure a close monitoring for
   channel performance and contribution in total business with
   meaningful feedback.•  Effective tracking for sales promotions impacts.
•  Maintain updated customer deals.
•  Maintain updated customer data base by frequent preview with sales  
    team and Geomarketing team.•  To track channel activities and keep updated channel calendar.
•  Execute in-store branding and activations.
•  To monitor in-store execution verses KPI’s
•  Trade visits for branding opportunities brainstorming and sales
   execution monitoring.
•  Daily follow up with suppliers, customers and paperwork through TM
    means and monitoring instruments.
•  To represent the company in special events and occasions.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management or any other related field.
  (Essential)
• MBA or Certificate in Marketing. (Desirable).

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Proactive in setting, communicating and executing objectives that 
  contribute to the business channels results.• Continuously reviews opportunities for addressing the needs of the
   customer to improve business results.• Acts as strong team player within the sales organization, motivates and  
  encourages others, shares ideas and best practices actively within the
  team.• Proactively monitors performance against business/Channels KPIs.
• Looks continuously for opportunities to improve 4P execution in order  
   to strengthen our position within the category.• Strong business/customer relationship building skills.  Able to manage 
   diverse stakeholder interests• Sound financial ability and literacy, enabling the individual to
  effectively develop forecasts, identify trends, monitor performance
  against KPI’s and track trade spend budget• Able to address conflict directly and constructively.
