Job Purpose:
To control all documents for the Real Estate Directorate mainly focusing on keeping records and details of workflow and daily transactions such as, Permission from Govt. authorities, project designs, diagrams, correspondences, invoices etc. To ensure workflow is tracked. To create reports (at project and directorate levels), and gather data for said reports from various stakeholders. To assist with real estate and construction market data survey, analysis, and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:
BA from a recognized college or university.
Experience should be at least 3 years of experience in document control or office administration, and preferably experience in Construction or related services

Minimum Requirements:
BSc in Mechanical Engineering MBA is a plus.
(3 to 5) years of experience in a similar field.

Job Purpose:
Monitor & manage contracts, shipments, in bounds, out bounds related processes and coordinate between sales demand and product availability to close gaps and shortages across all APE products ensuring products delivery within agreed time frame while adhering to company policies and procedures to achieve targeted levels of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
3 years of experience of purchasing activities, preferably in the commercial sector

Job Purpose:
To keep records of the tools available in stores and supply those to technicians as and when required and maintain them in working condition. Keep track of the tools available and procure the required tools within specified time frame.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus completed apprenticeship; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
