1- Procurement & Contracts Director

Core Purpose of the Job:
Procurement & Contracts Director setting the guideline and a strategic roadmap for the whole purchasing, contracting and warehouse management. Managing the personnel to ensure the excellence performance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Gathering all required information, and analyze the business needs in the establishment of the Procurement Plan, and Set the roadmap of the departmental substantial performance.
Cascade the organizational objectives, pursue to support all operational activities in supplying materials/equipment or rendering services. Working to maximize the value of money for the acquisition of capital projects.
Lead the whole purchasing, contracting, logistics services and warehouse operation teams. Determines, in conjunction with End-user Departments and Finance Department type and or form of contract or tender as necessary. Drafts terms, conditions of PO/tender, and coordinates with requestors on technical terms and specifications to be included in the contract/tender.
Prepare tender checklist and identify bidder list to administrate sourcing process. Supervise tender floating and tender processing to ensure successful internal and external communication amongst vendor dispatches to the selected bidders by most expeditious means depending on the urgency and approved time schedule.
Lead & supervise –as per the approved contracting strategy- the execution of Bid Opening/Technical Evaluation/Commercial Evaluation Paper and submit for approval process.
Arrange to study and analyze that purchase orders and contracts have minimum claim risk, and arrange to manage all claims.
Strive to work with End-user to manage all contracts deliverables during the contract progress.
Work to manage supplies categories costs elements to ensure cost effectiveness.
Work on high degree of precision to manage the warehouse transactions, and to secure proper materials management, and to keep smooth sales orders processing.
Ensure that Procurement, Contracts, Logistic and Warehouse will realize the organization strategic objectives, and work proactively to eliminate all anticipated risks inherent to supply chain.
Verify and certify that all activities would be
Ensure that all activities are fully complied with internal corporate system. As you Pursue on quality and corporate governance, and to ensure the full compliance.
Performs other similar or related ad hoc duties assigned by management such as preparing reports and, as requested, acting in the place of the supervisor during his absence.

Minimum Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
A degree in Business Adminstration, Ecomomic or Engineering. MBA degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal effectiveness including negotiation, tact and diplomacy.
Understanding of the corporate governance tools in a general sense.
Delivering exceptional service by increasing performance through resolution besides delegation and conflict management, often spinning multiple plates at once.

2- Mobile segments Propositions SM

Core Purpose of the Job:
Plan and develop propositions to ensure effective services strategies implemented in order to deliver desired access to the mobile segments coordinating all prepaid, postpaid, mobile segments and roaming services.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Fully accountable of planning and supervising the implementation of mobile propositions for consumer and business segments.
Fully accountable for maximizing mobile revenue potential of delegated portfolio of existing Sudani Products/Services and to develop profitable new products/ Services
Lead mobile segment strategic objectives & supervise the implementation of value proposition for voice prepaid and roaming service.
Identify and manage mobile segments and target them with suitable products and services.
Develop a pricing strategy to the new products and services in accordance to the overall company revenue plan, competition, and market acceptance to stimulate ARPU & enhance profitability.
Design new pricing plans and promotions to maximize revenues in the short/long term with sound business cases.
Manage voice prepaid and postpaid propositions besides specific mobile segments propositions to deliver best value to the company.
Coordinate with business sales for delivering suitable mobile postpaid propositions.
Coordinate and align with business and residential fixed services department to deliver best value to business segment.
Build Business Plans, Forecast, Budgeting, Presentations, and Marketing Plans, required for all mentioned areas of expertise.
Market & revenue share targets custodian.
New service and sites coverage enhancement.
In charge of Roaming pricing and value propositions, voice and data/broadband.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Minimum Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, the sciences business administration / Marketing or any other related education.
PMP and MBA is preferred.
Technical Certificate is considered
Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience serving same or similar field, mandatory telecommunication industry.
At least 3 years of supervision role as (a Manager or Senior Manager) managing a team holding high accountabilities to achieve targets.
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as an individual contributor in Mobile Marketing practice prior to management.
Solid Background in telecommunications services technology as well as business management with strong competent in analytics, responsible to achieve company goals.
Proven experience in managing projects and SLAs.
Sound knowledge in strategic planning and risk management.
Competent in preparing report and making presentations.
Broad knowledge of the telecommunication industry.
Understanding the regulated environment.
Understanding of business finance, including budget management.
Knowledge of Marketing policies, strategies and methodologies.
Sound general business knowledge as well as knowledge of core business processes.
Understanding of the market, industry and segments in a general sense.

3- Business Planning and Retention SM

Core Purpose of the Job:
Increase activity level and develop value of Sudani subscriber base.
Provide marketing insights through customers analytics
Ensure through a dynamic customer management, loyalty plans & customer retention strategy and ARPU stimulation of all segments
To ensure that Sudani has an excellent understanding of customers and potential customers based on accurate and statistically robust data
Track closely Customers behavior and develop segmentation accordingly.
Support Sudani growth by growing the value of customers

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete customer assessment in terms of traffic, behavior, segmentation, etc. to reduce churn and extract incremental value
Monitor Revenue, Churn, Customer Behaviors main business KPIs
Highlight main business KPIs trends, impact, and recommend necessary improvement based on the available tools such as the BI, Revenue Portal, traffic, revenue, etc…
Reporting and Analysis of main KPIs
Monitor Customer Behavior, Traffic, Churn, revenue, and all main financial KPIs and raise the red flags, show impact of every initiatives and recommend improvements to ensure achievements of the main KPIs
Ensure the support to the Board Presentation, finance reporting, external reporting, etc.
Build business intelligence unit that is capable of transforming data into meaningful information that support the organization and the department strategic initiatives
Carry out traffic analysis and price sensitivity studies for churn and CVM (customer value management) activities
Monitor the portfolio performance and profitability in accordance with the budget and target
Build a reporting system in coordination with IT department that is efficient and ensure accurate and on time information delivery data. Construct a monthly dashboard with the main customer value drivers
Create and maintain a Customer Lifetime Management Plan through the continuous launch of pilot campaigns testing the impact of some ideas based on the insights obtained from the customer base scan.
Define, track and manage customer segmentation.
Use all the available tools and systems to develop customer value.
Manage and track adoption of Sudani in various offers.
Increase the active percentage out of the total base.
Get the maximum possible Value out of the active base.
Churn Management and retention program to ensure meeting or exceeding targets including the management of the Loyalty Program
Define efficient and measurable objectives, follow up to ensure main functions are implemented
Customer insight and coordinate with the research function to gain the needed research to reach the main objective and the strategic initiatives. Coordinate the research and outbound call surveys required for the Customer Lifetime Management Plan
Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
Direct staff in development, analysis, preparation of reports and transfer of know how.
Carry out employee performance appraisals
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
