WHAT
The Primary responsibilities of the person holding this position will be; developing and implementing the B2B marketing strategy as well as the providing the strategic initiatives and new products and services for the B2B segment. In addition this person will be managing the existing products in terms of revenue and other related KPI’s.

This person must introduce new initiatives on how of increase the wallet share and market share in the enterprise segment, by understanding and analyzing the customers’ needs and fulfill this needs in a profitable way . Also lead, train & engage all B2B Marketing team

HOW
If you hold this position , your main responsibilities will be :
Responsible for formulating the enterprise Marketing Strategy & formulating the operational initiatives for the assigned segments.
Ensure fully execution and implementation of strategic plan for the enterprise
Will support Business plan , Corporate Strategy by recommending &; driving expansion, innovation, differentiation in product portfolio.
Will complete assessment of the business trends and identification of areas of growth and opportunity. Summarize data analysis into actionable reports and present results that can be translated into profitable business opportunities

Segmentation: conduct and leverage market research, competitive analysis, and direct feedback to assess the market landscape, identify ideal B2B customer segments by industry or functional departments, develop a deep understanding of the buyers and people with influence for your solutions, and design forward-thinking approaches that effectively target priority segments
Identifying new Enterprise segments & opportunities to expand the corporate presence in the market in terms of number of customers & revenue
Will maintain monthly SWOT and GAP analysis and proactively work and revisit priorities based on market feedback and research.
Will define, Price, Position products and recommend their sales and distribution strategy.
Monitor monthly , quarterly and statistical report against budget on returnees / churn/ new activation / revenue /MOU of the B2B
Product & life-cycle management for all enterprise products & services in Zain namely voice, mobile Broadband, internet, Business Solutions and VAS
Product development planning and prioritization in line with commercial strategic plan .
Will develop business cases including investment requirements, revenues, and costs , define high-level operational requirements and assessment/recommendations for competitive positioning. Develop MRDs to capture product specifications based on market needs.
Deliver against P&L and KPI,s for products and services portfolio.
Responsible for competitive intelligence and monitoring of competition activities and the preparation of analysis, reports and suggestion of solution for current and expected actions done by competition.
To be fully accountable for contributing towards achieving Zain financial goals by acquire high value customers and minimizing churn among enterprise customers and launching number of products, solutions and promotions that address market needs .
Analyse all sources of data to identify customer needs, requirements and behavior which can be translated into profitable business opportunities i.e. Products & Services.
Supervise and coach the team members and set their yearly target and conduct the performance review (SMART-I’s) on regular basis.

WHAT DO I NEED ?
You will be required to have Bachelor degree in Economics, Business with at least 5 years of relevant experience in telecom industry as B2B Marketing Manager.
Also it will be an advantage for you if you have relevant professional Marketing/Business qualification such as MBA.
You will be required to have In-depth understanding of all elements of Product Life-Cycle Management and the Marketing Mix and In-depth knowledge of current best practice market research methods and approaches.

WHAT
As part of Zain SD team , you will be have the primary responsibility of maximizing the revenue of the current Business Solution portfolio as well as introduce new packages and services to the Business Solution portfolio profitably. This person will be responsible for the new products/services from concept to product launch. Moreover, this person will be responsible to understand and address customers’ needs and plans as well as any post launch technical issues.

HOW

Participate in introducing and designing enterprise business strategy & roadmap with executive stakeholder.

This job responsibility lies under managing all related KPI’s (returnees & Churn – besides active base- airtime revenue –iom revenue ) . It also involves developing profitable new products/services from concept to product launch. What Do I Need
