Position summary:
To Effectively plan logistics facets (Transportation, warehouse, inventory , insurance, registration and customs clearance) for all DIAC profit units across all branches, with emphasis on agility and eradication of unnecessary cost.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning:
To plan and execute logistics plan to move products to reach destinations on schedule.
Logistics Operation:
To manage processes of: transportation, insurance, products registration and customs clearance; ensuring that these processes are completed within the set lead-times and targeted costs.
Transportation Management:
To develop effective criterion to select external logistics partners (freight forwarders, inland transporters, warehouses rentals, clearance agents, etc…) and devise systems for tracking their performance.
Freight Management:
To review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs as optimized as possible.
Inventory Management
Ensure a 100% accuracy rate of inventory ( book vs physical) and all DIAC commodity stocks controls through effective maintenance and tracking systems in order to deliver on the “Ready-For-Sell” stocks .
Warehousing operations:
To ensure that all warehouses are covered with CPM insurance and ensure recording and follow up of all insurance cases.
To plan warehouses and distribution centers for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
Total Logistics Cost:
To provide oversight of tracking, analysis and reporting the total cost of logistics and devise practices that aim to optimize the logistics performance.
Logistics Quality:
To maintain quality throughout the logistics processes.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in management or a closely related field.
Experience:
5 to 6 years relevant experience in Supply Chain environment.
Experience in Agriculture Industry .

Position summary:
To develop and supervise customer relationship management operations and reporting to ensure that the customer eccentricity and needs are represented throughout the value delivery process in alignment with Dealerships & DED Companies strategy in order to drive customer satisfaction and business profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls :
Monitor outbound calls to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure CRM team reaches annual target.
Customer Satisfaction Index :
Supervise the compiling of Customer Satisfaction Index on a daily basis in order to ensure customer questionnaire submission in CRM system.
Complaint and Feedback System
Supervise the respond to input from customers (complaints, praise and concerns) in order to ensure customer complaint process is applied as per standard.
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide CRM Team throughout the total CRM operation in order to ensure the team has the requisite skills and tools needed for an efficient CRM with an expected outcome to deliver excellent quality service to customers and achieve overall satisfaction.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate and work closely with DED companies departments to oversee CRM and resolve major customer concerns and complaints in order to maintain CRM efficiency.
Campaigns and Offers:
Coordinate with DED Companies departments to ensure the campaigns & offers will provide alignment with DAL strategies to meet customer expectations.
CRM Reports:
Analyze customer feedback and provide CRM reports to reflect CSI % to idenify weaknesses, sort out customer concerns, improve customer experience and assist top management evaluate programs performance.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Oversee Market Research
Supervise research studies of various sizes including designing and executing research to ensure data will add value to business and increase the awareness of market opportunities & business expansion alignment with mission & vision of the DED companies
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide Intelligence team throughout the total market research operation in order to ensure the team has the requisite skills and tools needed for an efficient market intelligence with an expected outcome to deliver excellent quality in gathering data to achieve overall marketing mission and vision.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate and work closely with all DED to provide useful data & market intelligence reports in order to assist with the needed knowledge for market opportunities and development.
Team KPI’s & Performance
Create and manage KPI’s for each team member to monitor and measure expected outcomes for the achievements of strategic objectives alignments to marketing vision and mission.
Competitors
Supervise team to gather data from field and filter data in order to identify the market share and pricing of competitors’ products to get a clear understanding of competitors’ products and prices for business improvement purposes.
Intelligence Reports
Analyze marketing intelligence reports in order to support DED management in decision making in a timely manner.
