To provide high quality Microsoft Office training to build capacity across DED in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook, Windows and Power BI. The incumbent should have the capacity to equip employees with a competence that makes them effective to work in the digital environment. Additionally, the incumbent will develop and roll out training related to systems as the organization adopts Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a business tool and the HRIS system.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
MS Office Suite Training:Ensure that per appropriate level and job function in the organization employees are competent in the basic, intermediate and advance level of the Microsoft Office Suite in order to deliver work that meets efficiency and effectiveness and quality metrics. Measurement of competence development of employee growth in computer skills
Reporting & Visualization Tools:Provide expert training and service to the business with regard to superior reporting via tools like Excel Visualization,Power BI and others. Target especially individuals in the business with a reporting responsibility
Digital Systems training & mentoring:Provide ongoing portal training and support on the tools to individuals and teams on the capability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 features such as file sharing, team collaboration, forums and other features Project Management
Provide project management support for strategic L&D Projects where sound project management principles and reporting will need to be completed for regular updates on milestones, scope changes, timelines, risks and dependencies.
General Administrative Support and Data Management:Provide general department administrative duties related to role that includes but is not limited to requisitions and invoicing, budget reporting, updating learning records, printing and L&D data management.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree in HR/Related Social Sciences or ICT Degree.
Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration .
Training in Learning design and instruction.Experience2 Years + in HR role of which 1-2 years should have been in L&D.2 Years + Experience working in a large organization.
1 Year + Africa and Middle East experience.
